As an advertising photographer based in the midlands ,I was very surprised to have not found out about the beautiful village with grade 1 listed Cotswold stone bridge . I eventually moved here for a couple of years and have photographed in this village for many clients including Honda and Heart of England Tourism .

Part of an extended landscape photography project this is one of the final one hundred images that document and celebrate the Elan Valley. This is where much of Birmingham's drinking water comes from. The valley is now a beautiful mature landscape that is a destination and resource that out Victorian forefathers created . The work was a response to the photography that was archived in Birmingham Library and was part of an exhibition in Birmingham & Wales .

I have lived in or near the Cotswolds for many years and love its outstanding natural beauty .I have photographed in the Cotswolds since I graduated as a photographer and continue to photograph this beautiful landscape for advertising commissions and produce stock images and fine art prints.This photograph was taken just before a storm near Shipston on Stour ,in the district of Stratford on Avon ,Warwickshire .
